POINTS OF CONSIDERATION
- Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed for your requested service. Please help us to better serve your needs by being on time for your reservation.
- For your convenience, we recommend that you book your next reservation prior to leaving the salon.
- Our team welcomes and encourages you to experience alternate stylists if you wish.
DURING YOUR VISIT
- We ask for 24 hrs. notice to cancel a reservation to avoid a cancellation fee of the price of the scheduled service. Please be prepared to provide a credit card number when you book your reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We ask that you help yourself and enjoy the complimentary refreshments.
- For your convenience we provide robes to protect your clothing during hair services. We ask that you change into a robe prior to your service, as the salon will not be held responsible for damage to your clothing.
- Children are welcome, however we ask for their safety that they remain seated in the reception area at all times.
- As a courtesy to others, please refrain from using your cell phone during your service.
- Cell phones must be turned off prior to entering the lather lounge.
- For your convenience we provide Wireless Internet Access.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
- If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please call the salon within a two week period. You will be given a follow up reservation at no charge and every effort will be made to achieve your desired results. You must call the salon within the two week period to receive your follow up visit at no charge.
- Prices listed are approximate and can vary based on factors such as length of hair, special effects or additional services.
- Consultations may be reserved for any of our hair services. Fees for consultations will be credited toward your service reservation.
- Gratuity is not included in listed pricing.
- Services performed at times other than normal business hours are subject to a price increase, and 20% gratuity.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- There are no refunds on services or Gift Cards.
- We accept cash, checks, VISA, MASTERCARD and Debit Cards. Gratuity will not be added to check or credit / debit card payments.
- A $30.00 service charge will be accessed on all returned checks.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking a Bridal Party reservation.
- Our gift cards are available in any denomination over $10.00 and can be mailed anywhere within the United States.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuity.
- Complimentary gift cards are redeemable for specified services only.
- We use and recommend exclusively Paul Mitchell professional products. Your stylist or one of our Service Coordinators will be happy to assist you in finding the right product to meet your needs.
- No cash, credit or debit card refunds. Store credit only. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt.
- No exchanges or refunds given on used or open products.
- No exchanges or store credit given after 15 days.
- No exchanges or refunds will be given on jewelry.
