What is a Loyalty Rewards Card?
Loyalty Rewards Cards fit right into your wallet and are a way for all of us here at Captiva Salon Paul Mitchell, to show our appreciation! We believe that without our guests we do not exist and your loyalty is extremely important to us. The Loyalty Rewards Card enables guests to collect stamps, and upon completion of the card guests are then presented with a $50 gift card to use towards services. The team at Captiva Salon Paul Mitchell appreciates each and every one of our guests and this is one way in which we would like to say, thank you.
How do I get started?
If you do not yet have a Loyalty Rewards Card please ask any team member and we would be happy to assist you.
How many stamps do I need to fill up the Loyalty Rewards Card?
Each card has 15 boxes on the back. Once each box is filled with a stamp it can then be turned into the service desk. At this time a $50 gift card will be presented to use towards services.
How do I earn stamps?
There are numerous ways in which stamps can be earned. This will be posted throughout the salon and if at any time there is a question, please ask any team member. Currently stamps can be earned in the following ways:
1 stamp can be earned for a Take Home purchase of $25 or more.
1 stamp can be earned for a total service experience of $70 or more.
1 stamp can be earned for pre-booking 3 or more reservations.
3 stamps can be earned for pre-booking 1 full year of reservations.
What if I lose my Loyalty Rewards card?
If at any time your Loyalty Rewards Card is lost please notify the service desk and a new one will be supplied for you. Please note, that in the event of a card being lost any stamps that were previously earned will not be rewarded at the time a new one is given.
Do my Loyalty Rewards ever expire?
Yes it does. Your Loyalty Rewards card expires in one year from the date in which it was received. An expiration date will be placed on the card at the time it is received.
Does my Loyalty Rewards Card expire?
When a guest earns a gift card after completing the Loyalty Rewards Card, the gift card must be used in full by December 31 of the current year.
Can I use my gift card as a gift for a family member or friend?
Gift cards are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the guest who earned it.

**Rewards Card must be presented at time of service to qualify. Loyalty Rewards card expires one year from the date it was received. Comp gift card must be redeemed before Dec. 31 of the same year.
